If you’re like us, you follow Eric Asimov’s Wine School via the New York Times. Whatever your feelings on his picks, they always provide food, uhm… wine for thought!
The problem is, they are nearly impossible to keep in stock once the article hits. With last month’s piece devoted to the ever-popular Sonoma Chardonnay, this wine has moved faster than its recent Wine School brethren.
